INTRODUCTION: 

Each practice exam is appropriate for study by both Salesperson and Broker candidates for licensure AND simply to serve as training to enhance general knowledge.  The number and mix of questions, however, follow the suggested exam makeup for the Salesperson Examination.  Accordingly each exam contains 36 questions and requires 27 correct responses to obtain the passing grade of 75% with the exception of Exam #6 which is 40 questions and requires 30 correct responses to obtain the passing grade of 75%.

You are given only TWO attempts to take each uncoached exam for security reasons.  You may request additional tries for these exams as provided in the pricing sheet.  The granting of that request is within the sole discretion of the School.  For each uncoached exam you are given 60 minutes.

You are given only ONE attempt to take the Coached exams.  For each coached exam you are given 75 minutes.

OUR STUDY RECOMMENDATION:  We recommend that you first take the regular practice exam once.  Check your study materials for each question for which your response is indicated to be INCORRECT.  This is part of the learning process.  After this, take the coached version of the exam.  This version takes you question by question through the same questions, but provides explanations and commentary to enhance your understanding of the relevant principles.  The order of questions and choices is constantly changed randomly.  Finally, after a week or so, you may wish to retake the regular exam.  Each step along this route you should see an improvement in your score.  If not, you should consider our tutor services which involves a phone conversation reviewing questions which have given you problems.
