The school is planning to offer online education in 2010.  See News!

The first online course will provide the needed study materials for those wishing to take the state portion of the Vermont real estate prelicense exams for brokers and salespersons.  Initially this course will be released without being first approved by the Vermont Real Estate Commission as the demand for the course has been reasonably high.  Until approval is sought and obtained, the course will largely be used: (1) by out of state licensees who have been notified by the Commission that they may take the exam without further approved prelicense education; and (2) by any exam applicant who wishes to reinforce the learning received in his/her regular approved prelicense course.  The course would also serve as a basic training tool for any brokerage firm wishing to ensure that its sales associates are adequately versed in the basic provisions applicable to real estate practice in Vermont.

For all other online courses, it will be our policy to offer topics and materials directly relevant to Vermont and New Hampshire real estate laws and practices.
