Sample exams with coaching to prepare for the VT portion of the pre-license examination for brokers and salespersons.  Details

For use by:  (1) by out of state licensees who have been notified by the Commission that they may take the exam without further approved prelicense education; (2) by any exam applicant who wishes to reinforce the learning received in his/her regular approved prelicense course from another provider; and/or (3) by any brokerage firm wishing to provide its licensees with a basic training tool to ensure that its sales associates are adequately versed in the basic laws and rules applicable to real estate practice in Vermont.
