PRELICENSE AND GENERAL TRAINING

This School does NOT offer the 40 hour prelicense course required by the 
Vermont Real Estate Commission for new license applicants.  We DO offer
study materials which can be used to supplement prelicense study
for the VT portion of the prelicense exam only
or simply to provide office training;
Mr. Mayhew is an approved instructor with two other prelicense providers:
(1) Workshops for Modern Real Estate - 40 hour salesperson course;
(2) Vermont Association of REALTORS - VT portion of broker and salesperson courses.
We are happy to refer you to these providers!
