This course surveys the requirements of both the federal and Vermont fair housing laws including discussions of actual and hypothetical cases and examples. The course is roughly divided evenly between theory and practice. The Course includes a textbook entitled “Fair Housing” by Marcia L. Russell, published by Dearborn/Kaplan (Fourth Edition, 2012).
