A Study of the Basics of Buyer Agency.
This course is a study of basic principles relating to buyer agency for Vermont real estate practitioners including reviewing the legal framework and requirements for buyer agency, exploring the scope of services and possible limitations, discussion and analysis of contract issues raised by the Commission’s Administrative Rules, and understanding the standard of care and duty of due diligence in delivering fiduciary service to buyer clients. Emphasis is placed on discussing how the legal framework and requirements of due diligence affect day to day operations and agent representation of buyers. Sometimes the sparks fly as law meets practice, making this an engaging and informative experience.
Course Fee: $55 Pay at Door.
