RANDY MAYHEW is well known for excellence in real estate education. Over a span of 36 years, Mr. Mayhew has instructed thousands of real estate brokers and salesperson mostly in Vermont and New Hampshire. For more than a decade, Mr. Mayhew has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School assigned to instruct courses in real estate transactions and commercial law. To compliment his teaching experience, since 1979, Mr. Mayhew has carried on an active practice of law in his hometown of Woodstock, Vermont, concentrating in real estate transactions, administrative, and probate matters.  In early 2006, the Randy Mayhew School of Real Estate (RMSOR) was created to serve the education needs of real estate professionals in both Vermont and New Hampshire.


LIZ MERRILL recently retired from 30 years experience as an active real estate broker for Lang McLaughry Spera and during that time earned the GRI, CRS, and ABR designations.  Ms. Merrill has been actively involved in educational courses, forums and planning including ten years on the Tri State Realtors Institute, Fortune 500 Trainer Certified.  Ms. Merrill has taught various courses in the Burlington area, including courses for Champlain College.  Other activities include planning educational courses for the Northwestern Board of Realtors, serving on the VAR Realtor Banker Committee and training of new licensees for Lang Associates.  Ms. Merrill has also worked on the National Committee for rewriting standards for Graduate Realtor Institute.  Ms. Merrill served on the Vermont Real Estate Commission for 2 terms and as chair for 2 years.  She is currently serving on the education committee for the Commission.

LYNNE LABOMBARD has practiced real estate since 1986.  In 1991, Ms. LaBombard founded and was principal broker of a real estate brokerage firm to represent buyers exclusively.  The firm was recently sold, however Ms. Labombard maintains her association with the firm (Housing Solutions Real Estate) as a consultant and practicing buyer broker in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont.  During her real estate career, Ms. LaBombard has earned the GRI, ABR, and C-CREC designations.  Ms. La Bombard has served leadership roles for the Upper Valley Board of Realtors, the NH Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents and the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, and has served the NH Association of Realtors on various committees and working groups relating to agency issues, strategic planning and professional development.  Ms. LaBombard joins Mr. Mayhew in co-teaching the buyer broker offerings to provide insight into the practical issues of day to day practice in the field of buyer representation.
